CSPI’s Modcomp Germany Subsidiary Signs Multi-Million Dollar Managed Services Contract (Billerica, MA)

Company to Provide End-to-End Managed Services for International IT Services Company

BILLERICA, Mass. and COLOGNE, Germany, Feb. 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CSP, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSPI), a provider of IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, today announced that its Modcomp Germany subsidiary has signed its largest managed services contract to date. The multi-million dollar agreement provides end-to-end managed security services to an international information technology services company for three years.

The contract extends Modcomp’s existing relationship with the information technology services company, and encompasses 24×7 on-site security services to its global customer base. The services provided under this contract include hotline and online support, escalation procedures, updates, patches and bug fixes, on-site hardware exchange and system recovery.

In meeting the contract deliverables, Modcomp will use technology from Check Point, Juniper Networks, McAfee, Sourcefire, Tufin, Radware, F5 Networks and Tripwire to proactively ensure a high security standard for users, regardless of the device or type of connection they use.
