ARIA Cybersecurity is hiring a marketing and sales operations manager to lead and drive scalable efficiencies and operational best practices through the effective management and use of our marketing and sales technology ecosystem. Our ideal candidate is a HubSpot whiz and fluent with both the marketing and CRM sides of the platform. This role will be responsible for instituting not only best-in-class operational processes, but supporting the business in the execution of outbound, integrated campaigns and pipeline tracking. The ideal candidate delivers solutions that balance business needs and system scalability. This means ingesting stakeholder requirements and working collaboratively to deliver a best-in-class solution in a timely fashion.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in driving overall marketing and sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing visibility performance, instituting best-in-class operational processes, and supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales campaigns through database management practices and technical campaign setup.
Technology – Manage, evolve and optimize the marketing and sales tech stack. This role must identify, implement and integrate technologies to help us scale.
Marketing processes – Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, maintain and optimize system workflows.
Campaign execution – Implement sales and marketing integrated campaigns for optimized lead management and identifying multi-touch attribution/ROI.
Sales funnel tracking – Partner with sales on processes and approaches to ensure complete life-cycle tracking from lead to close/won deals.
Onboarding – This role will also be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are updated and trained on new processes and technologies.
Data – This role must lead efforts surrounding data management & integrity; understand the sources of our data, how it flows between sales tech and marketing and how it is being used by both teams for lead scoring models, lead routing & assignment rules. This person must also be familiar with requirements related to email and data privacy regulations like Canned spam, GDPR and CCPA.
Analytics & Reporting – Analyze and provide insights on campaign performance, funnel conversion activity/velocity, lead scoring effectiveness, database health reporting. Make the organization prepared for the “cookie-less” future.
4+ years in marketing operations role; SaaS/Startup a plus

Strong communication skills – ability to translate the complex to more easily understood concepts
Experience with evaluating, onboarding, integrating, and optimizing multiple marketing technologies spanning CRM, ABM, Lead Management, and ROI Reporting areas
Experience building and measuring lead scoring programs
Extensive experience in marketing automation such as HubSpot, Pardot Marketo (Hubspot certification a plus)
Demonstratable proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
